§ 10-2. General prohibition against raising, breeding or keeping animals or poultry; limitation on number of dogs and cats.

(a)

No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot or parcel of land within the city limits, except dogs, cats or other household pets (as limited by this section).

(b)

No more than three dogs and/or cats over the age of six months old may be kept at any one residence within the city limits for any purpose.
