§ 14-641. Adoption of code.

Latest version.

There is hereby adopted the Standard Excavation and Grading Code, 1975 edition, published by the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., of which one copy is filed with the city secretary. The code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section, and the provisions of such code shall be controlling in grading on private property within the city, save and except such portions of such code as may be inconsistent with this article.
