§ 18-173. Information deemed confidential.

To the extent permitted by law, all information received by the city as required by this article shall be deemed confidential and not a matter of public record. No such information shall be released to any person other than necessary city administrative, police and fire personnel, unless specifically authorized in writing, by the person in control of the property about which such information is related.
