§ 34-285. Refusal or failure to repair; penalty for violation.

Any person who refuses or fails to repair a building or structure when ordered to repair such building or structure under the terms of this division or who otherwise violates any order of the city council, as provided for in this division, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-8. Each day in which any violation shall occur, or each occurrence of any violation, shall constitute a separate offense.
