§ 46-2. Hours parks and park facilities closed to public.

(a)

All parks and park facilities shall be closed to the public between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. It shall be unlawful for any person other than a public officer or employee engaged in the performance of official duties or a person engaged in park maintenance or construction under authority of the city to be present in a park or park facility between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

(b)

The director of parks and recreation shall cause to be placed in conspicuous places in each park signs notifying persons of the hours during which the park is closed to the public and the penalty provided in section 1-8.
