§ 66-3. Through truck traffic prohibited; exception.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate upon the public streets within the city, except U.S. Highway No. 290, any commercial motor vehicle, truck, truck-trailer, trailer or semitrailer being utilized for through traffic.
