§ 6-8. Sale or consumption on city property.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, sell or consume any beer, wine, liquor or other alcoholic beverages on any property which is owned by the city.

(b)

The prohibition provided in subsection (a) of this section shall not apply at the city's golf course.

(c)

Alcoholic beverages may be served and consumed in the civic center in accordance with rules and regulations regarding the use of such facility and in accordance with applicable law.
