§ 10-44. Dogs or cats being off property of owner when in diseased condition.

The owner of any dog or cat in a contagious diseased condition which is found upon any public property or any private property not belonging to the owner, and without permission of the owner of such private property, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, upon conviction, and punished by a fine not exceeding $200.00.
