§ 10-43. Injuring or killing fowl or domestic animal.

  • The owner of any dog or cat which bites, injures or kills any fowl or domestic animal on any public property or on any private property not belonging to the owner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, upon conviction, and punished by a fine not exceeding $200.00.
