§ 10-87. Fees for impoundment and boarding.

The following fees shall be charged for impoundment and boarding wild animals:
(1)

The impoundment fee for each animal impounded shall be in accordance with the duly adopted schedule of fees.

(2)

A boarding fee in accordance with the duly adopted schedule of fees, per day, per animal.
