§ 10-86. Destruction of animal upon second violation.

If an individual redeems an animal upon providing the sworn affidavit required in section 10-85, and such animal thereafter is found within the city in violation of this article, the animal shall be seized and impounded as described in section 10-84 and the city attorney, as soon as practicable, shall seek an order from a court of proper jurisdiction to destroy such animal.
