§ 18-32. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not less than $1.00, nor more than $2,000.00. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
