§ 18-33. Applicability of article provisions to existing enterprises.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall be applicable to existing enterprises.

(b)

If an enterprise is ineligible to receive a permit under this article, then such enterprise shall terminate operations within 30 days after the date on which the applicant for such enterprise receives from the city manager notification of such ineligibility.
