§ 54-73. Placement and location; time for placement.

On collection days, all bags, trash cans and material prepared as set out in subsections 54-43(b) and (c) shall be placed for collection at ground level between the public street
and the sidewalk in front of the residence, or at such other location specified by
the director of public works for the residence. Bags, trash cans and material prepared
as set out in subsections 54-43(b) and (c) shall not be placed on any part of the sidewalk for collection, and shall
not be placed for collection or visible from a public street prior to 5:00 p.m. of
the day preceding the day of collection or after 7:00 a.m. of the day following the
day of collection. The city will not be responsible for collection of bags, trash
cans or material prepared as set out in subsections 54-43(b) and (c) if the bags, trash cans or material are not placed at the appropriate
place for collection by 7:00 a.m. on collection day.
