§ 10-42. Molestation; attempted biting.

The owner of any dog or cat that molests or attempts to bite any person, not engaged in the commission of a crime, on public property or on private property, not belonging to the owner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, upon conviction, and punished by a fine not exceeding $200.00.
