§ 54-44. Disposal of heavy accumulation of rubbish.

Heavy accumulations such as brick, broken concrete, rock, stones, construction or remodeling debris, ashes, lumber, clinkers, cinders, dirt, plaster, sand, gravel, automobile frames, dead trees and other bulky, heavy material shall be disposed of at the expense of the owner or person controlling the same, and shall not be collected as part of the city's residential collection.
